回收塑料和回收橡胶替代配方在《幸福工厂》的石油加工链中形成了独特的封闭循环系统。与大多数只是提高效率的配方不同,这两个配方让你可以使用燃料作为催化剂在塑料和橡胶之间转化,有效地将你的油产品总产出翻倍。这不仅仅是效率提升——它完全改变了你管理精炼厂生产的方式。你不再受制于原油输入来同时生产塑料和橡胶,而是可以大量生产其中一种,然后将剩余转化为另一种。

生产效率提升

默认的石油加工配方很直接:原油进入精炼厂生产塑料(30油产20)或橡胶(30油产20),同时产生重油残渣作为副产品。如果你同时需要塑料和橡胶,你通常需要把原油分到两条精炼厂生产线。使用回收配方,你可以把所有原油都用于生产塑料(或橡胶),然后用回收配方将一半输出转化为另一种产品。

回收塑料配方每分钟消耗30橡胶+30燃料,生产60塑料。回收橡胶配方每分钟消耗30塑料+30燃料,生产60橡胶。关键在于:你用30输入得到60输出——2倍转化比。如果你的原油生产线产出120塑料,你可以把其中60送入回收橡胶配方得到120橡胶。你的总产出变成60塑料+120橡胶=180产品,而默认分割只能产出80(40塑料+40橡胶)。这是油产品总产出的两倍多。

何时解锁

回收塑料和橡胶在T5-6开放,与重型封装框架和其他中后期替代配方同一阶段。这个时间点非常完美——到达T5时,你对塑料(用于电路板、计算机和后期的超级计算机)和橡胶(用于传送带、载具和高级组件)的需求已经大幅增长。默认的石油加工开始感到受限,你可能在考虑建运第二或第三个油井来满足需求。回收配方让你从现有的石油基础设施中概出双倍的产品,推迟或消除了对额外油井的需求。

Tier 5-6 Recipe Pool Context

Post-Unlock Factory Redesign

5 注意事项

⚠ The Backpressure Problem

回收循环最常见的问题是反压。如果你的塑料消费者(电路板、计算机等)堵塞并停止消耗塑料,你的回收橡胶生产线就会饥饿因为它需要塑料作为输入。相反,如果橡胶消费者堵塞,回收塑料就会停止。解决方案:始终为塑料和橡胶都包含一个厉害水槽(或多个)作为溢出目的地。用智能分流器将溢出导向水槽,优先级输出送往工厂。这确保回收循环不会因下游堵塞而卡住。

⚠ Fuel Supply Balance

回收循环需要稳定的燃料供应——每台回收精炼厂30燃料/分钟。如果燃料来自重油残渣副产品,仔细跟踪你的重油残渣产量。用默认配方从原油生产60塑料/分钟会产生30重油残渣/分钟,转化为刚好30燃料/分钟——够一台回收精炼厂用。如果同时运行两个回收配方,需要60重油残渣/分钟,这需要从180原油生产120塑料/分钟。用生产计算器或建造缓冲罐确保燃料永不枯竭。

⚠ Refinery Output Handling

油链中的每台精炼厂都有多个输出,所有输出都必须有去处,否则精炼厂就会停止。默认塑料配方输出塑料+重油残渣。回收配方输出其主产品(塑料或橡胶)但消耗燃料。确保每个输出传送带和管道都有目的地:主产品送往消费者或循环下一阶段,重油残渣送往燃料转化,剩余送往厉害水槽。只要有一个输出被堵塞,整个链条就会停滞。

⚠ Don't Forget the Diluted Fuel Synergy

⚠ Pipeline vs Conveyor for Fuel
